The 27th annual Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the nation’s largest regional builders gathering and new product show, will include 114 industry leaders as participants in 30 educational sessions June 19-22 in San Francisco.

Sponsored by the California Building Industry Assn., the yearly meeting is expected to attract about 4,000 to Moscone Convention Center.

Home financing, retirement housing for “graying Americans,” the apartment and rental housing markets and commercial and industrial developments will be major agenda items, according to Kenneth W. Agid, program chairman, realty marketing consultant and a principal of Irvine-based Marketing Department. “Directions ‘85” is the conference theme.
