It’s Finally Official: May Is ‘Better Hearing’ Month

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan signed legislation Wednesday that designates May, 1985, “Better Hearing and Speech Month.” That’s right, May, 1985.
A White House statement said Congress passed the measure June 4 and that it was received at the White House on June 7.
