The New York-based oil company said some firms are interested in the commercial printing operation, but Mobil wouldn’t name them. Mobil acquired Hall, which prints catalogues, newspaper inserts, magazines and paperback books, for $50 million in 1979. Hall’s annual revenue ranges between $200 million and $250 million. Mobil has been selling assets not related to oil and gas production to reduce its debt.
