South Citrus Street between Vine Avenue and Montezuma Way will be reconstructed during the summer. The West Covina City Council has awarded the $327,628 contract to Mobassaly Engineering Inc. of Azusa. The work will include repaving, construction of curbs and gutters, underground wiring for street lights and drainage facilities.
