Phone Center Work Finished

Construction has been completed on a $500,000 improvement project for a 10,000-square-foot AT&T; communications center, designed by Woodford & Bernard Architects, at 650 Robinson Ave., San Diego.

The building was designed originally in 1912 by the firm’s predecessor group. Melhorn Construction was the general contractor on the current project.
