The Irvine operator of medical care centers said its loss in the quarter ended May 31 rose to $285,470 from $139,359 in the same period last year. The company, formerly called Urgent Care Centers of America Inc., said the increased loss came largely from a recently acquired medical management firm. ReadiCare said its management fee revenues for the quarter rose 12% to $2.98 million from $2.66 million.
