Tehran Bomb Blast Kills 3

LONDON —
A bomb blast in Tehran on Tuesday killed three Iranians and wounded five, Tehran radio reported. The broadcast, monitored by the British Broadcasting Corp., said the bomb went off in a telephone booth outside a bank. No group immediately claimed responsibility.
