Elixir Industries, Gardena, promoted Executive Vice President Morton Firestone to chairman, succeeding founder Roland Sahm. Sahm, as chairman emeritus, will remain chief executive, and Firestone will continue as chief financial officer and corporate secretary.
The manufacturer of parts for the mobile home and recreational vehicle industry also named David C. Whitt as president and Charles L. (Roy) Maxey as executive vice president and chief operating officer. They had served as vice president-sales and vice president-supply, respectively.
