Beverly Hills attorney Stephen V. Wilson, 44, has been nominated by President Reagan to the U.S. District Court bench in Los Angeles, a spokesman for Sen. Pete Wilson (R.-Calif.) announced. Wilson was a U.S. Department of Justice attorney from 1968 to 1977 and served as chief of the fraud and special prosecutions section of the U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles.
