Office Building Financing OKd

Permanent financing totaling $10.5 million has been arranged by Wells Fargo Realty Finance through the Bankers Life Co. for a five-story, 75,895-square-foot office building in Pasadena.

Crowell Corp. of Pasadena is developer/contractor of the project, which is at 350 W. Colorado Blvd.
