Corporate Center Plans Announced

McKellar Development of La Jolla has purchased 52 acres in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego from R. G. Richardson for $12,725,000 and plans to develop it as McKellar Corporate Center, selling lots from three to seven acres from $13.50 to $15.50 per net square foot.

Subdivision and lot sales are expected to begin immediately, McKellar said. The property faces Lusk Boulevard at the intersection of Pacific Corporate Center Drive.
