Ground Broken for Freeway Home Center

Sanvista Development Co., Irvine, has broken ground for Freeway Home Center at 1408 South E Street, San Bernardino, with Breton Construction Inc., Irvine, as general contractor. The $7.2-million, four-building center will offer 94,073 square feet of space for home improvement retail stores.

Designer of the facility is William E. Skinner & Associates, Costa Mesa. Land Architecture, Costa Mesa, will landscape the 5.2-acre site that fronts the 215 (15E) Freeway. Strategic Properties, the exclusive leasing agent, said the opening is scheduled for September.
