The signing of a $5-million, 10-year lease by Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. brings the commited occupancy of First Interstate Plaza in downtown San Diego to 35%, it was reported by Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, the leasing agent.
