Health Care Property Investors Inc. of Costa Mesa Monday announced the $22.1 million acquisition and lease-back of the new 144,000 square foot Dallas Rehabilitation Institute, presently under construction, from National Medical Enterprises Inc. The 120-bed rehabilitation hospital is in Dallas, Texas, and will primarily treat patients with spinal cord injuries, strokes, severe head injuries, and neurological diseases as well as amputees, and severe arthritis victims.
