PacTel Properties Buys Office Building

PacTel Properties, subsidiary of Pacific Telesis Group, has purchased Main Street Center, a two-story, 82,000-square-foot professional office building at 2355 Main St., Irvine, for $12 million. Major tenant will be PacTel Mobile Cos. PacTel's first investment in Southern California was marketed and sold through Grubb & Ellis.
