Procter & Gamble sued Kimberly-Clark.

P&G; said it filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Dallas and charged that Kimberly-Clark was infringing on a P&G; patent covering heat-shrinkable materials used in disposable diapers. P&G; is seeking an injunction as well as unspecified damages.
