The body of an unidentified man believed to be a murder victim was found near a neighborhood park in Laguna Hills. Orange County Sheriff’s Lt. Robert Benson said the man apparently had been struck on the head. Circumstances surrounding the death were sketchy, Benson said, and the cause of death was unknown pending an autopsy.
