Fall in Gasoline Price Predicted

WASHINGTON —
Gasoline prices will average a penny a gallon less this year than last and should drop 4 more cents a gallon in 1986, the government predicted today.
The Energy Department said the decline is expected because of lower prices for crude oil and despite a probable increase of about 2 cents a gallon in production costs tied to government orders to reduce the lead content of gasoline.
