Bloodstains found at the 7,200-foot summit of Glacier Point effectively eliminated the possibility that a man and woman whose remains were found on ledges 3,000 feet below might have been victims of an accident, Yosemite National Park rangers reported. The bodies were found Sunday, and tentative identification has been established, but high winds made it virtually impossible to retrieve the bodies by helicopter, according to National Park Service spokeswoman Sharon Johnson, who said an autopsy will be conducted to establish the cause of the two deaths.
