The Chatsworth-based maker of outdoor gear said a Los Angeles partnership called Marben Associates bought the shares, which are equal to 31.6% of the new total of outstanding shares. The price was 30 cents each in a $650,000 deal that also included a five-year warrant to buy another 3.13 million shares at 35 cents each. The sale came two days before the deadline for acquiring shares to vote in the proxy dispute, which has pitted Wilderness Chairman Greg Thomsen against his brother Jim.
