Sunnyvale-based Boole & Babbage Inc., a maker of software for mainframe IBM and compatible computers, named Paul R. Robichaux executive vice president-operations in addition to his post as chief operating officer. Albin D. Kolwicz was named executive vice president-support and will continue as chief technical officer.
