So the “great” Wolfgang Puck thinks I do not mind waiting for my reservation if I can see Carson or Bisset (“Food Voyeurism--When the Grub Is Not Enough,” by Janet Spiegel, July 28).

Hey, Wolfie, my money spends too. My reservation is as good as theirs. I am not impressed. I have no reason to believe that these “famous” people have any more taste than the beasts of the field.
