Fair Board Figures: Clinton M. Hoose of Corona del Mar, a member of the Orange County Fair Board since 1973, has been elected president of the board, a post he held in 1977-78. Board member Larry Arnold was named vice president. Arnold, a resident of Newport Beach, was appointed to the board in 1983 and was recently reappointed by Gov. George Deukmejian to a full 4-year term. Fair Manager Norb Bartosik was reelected secretary-treasurer, a post he has held since joining the Fair Board in October, 1983. Santa Ana Heights resident Buck Johns was appointed to the nine-member board by Deukmejian last week, replacing Pam Zanelli of Santa Ana, who had been a member of the board since 1981.
