CASTING SET FOR MACHADO PLAY
Casting has been set for “Fabiola,” the second play in Eduardo Machado’s trilogy about three generations of an upper-middle-class Cuban family, making its West Coast premiere at the Ensemble Studio Theatre. It will run Oct. 10 through Nov. 10.
The cast includes June Christopher, Cedering Fox, Tom Fuccello, Todd Isaacson, Stephen Liska, Lawrence Lowe, Glenn Morrissey, Karmin Murcelo, Connie Ramirez, Michael Sandoval, Kay Tornborg, Jay Varela and Renee Victor. Produced by Guy Giarrizzo, “Fabiola” is co-directed by Giarrizzo and Linda Callahan. Designers are Chuck O’Connor, sets; Claudia Brown, costumes; Ilya Mindlin, lighting, and Luanna Van Holten, sound.
