Industrial Land Sold for Future Development

A 5.3-acre parcel of industrially-zoned land at 2209 S. Santa Fe Ave., has been sold by Ingersoll Rand as a site for future development to Arnold Schwartz of Los Angeles. The $1.5-million transaction was negotiated by the Seeley Co.
