Share

The City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday at 1 p.m. in Room 350 of the City Hall on the proposed Del Rey Addition.

The proposal involves the annexation of about 803 acres of the Playa Vista property to the city of Los Angeles, and development within the area.

Discussions will focus on Specific Plans for the Playa Vista area, amendments to the adopted Palms-Mar Vista-Del Rey and the Westchester-Playa del Rey District plans, which together with the Specific Plans will constitute the city’s local coastal program for that portion of the city.
