Naval Facility Completed

The $6.1-million Unaccompanied Officer Personnel Housing complex has been completed at North Island Naval Air Station, San Diego. The 158-unit housing development was designed by Platt Architects Inc., and was built by C.E. Wylie Construction Co., both of San Diego.
