Temple City
Temple City has granted the Southern California Water Co. a 15-year extension of its franchise. The contract calls for the city to collect 2% of the company’s gross receipts. In 1984, the franchise produced $6,381 in revenue for the city. The water company serves 2,850 residential and commercial customers in the eastern portion of the city.
