Thousand of pieces of suspected stolen jewelry believed to have been exchanged for illegal drugs have been seized during a raid by sheriff’s narcotics detectives. Deputies arrested one man during the raid at a West Hollywood residence, Deputy Willie Miller said. Miller said the suspect, Lee Alexander Ramstead, 33, was allegedly accepting stolen jewelry in exchange for drugs. Deputies made the raid after being told that drugs were being sold at the location.
