Anyone driving around Los Angeles has surely seen these prophetic bumper stickers. I’m sure these bumper stickers are referring to the NCAA violation years: 1940, 1953, 1956, 1959, 1980, 1982 and now 1985.

History again and again repeats itself--but must it be advertised on our streets and highways as well?
