Library Drawings, Photos to Be Shown at Exhibition
An exhibit of recent architectural drawings and photographs of the landmark Los Angeles Central Library building will open Friday in the lobby of the Fine Arts Building, 811 West 7th St.
The exhibit will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Oct. 31. The drawing and photographs were prepared by the architectural firm of Levin & Associates to serve as an archival record of the library before the start of a rehabilitation and expansion project.
The Levin firm was commissioned by project architects Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates under contract to the Community Redevelopment Agency.
