National Lumber & Supply Inc., a fast-growing Fountain Valley-based chain of home improvement centers, said it will open two more Southland stores today, one in Fontana and the other in Encinitas. Last June the company opened a center in Fullerton and it plans to inaugurate a do-it-yourself home improvement center in San Bernardino in November. By the end of the year the company expects to have 19 stores operating in Southern California.
