Weinberger Due in Ottawa

WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Caspar W. Weinberger will fly to Ottawa on Thursday to meet with his Canadian counterpart, Erik H. Nielsen, and other government officials on “matters of mutual interest,” the Defense Department said Tuesday.
