The city will sell up to $17 million in bonds Tuesday for construction of a fine arts complex ($9.8 million), a general aviation center at Torrance Municipal Airport ($2 million) and 72 hangars at the airport ($1.6 million). The balance will go for administrative costs. . . . Maple Avenue between Monterey Street and Sepulveda Boulevard will be closed Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for completion of a trench resurfacing.
