Dumpster Locations: Dumpsters will be placed at 10 locations in the El Modena neighborhood of east Orange in a joint county-city program to help residents clean up their property. The program will begin today and continue until Oct. 28, with trucks picking up trash and hauling it away as needed. Dumpsters will be placed in the city near five street intersections: Esplanade and Washington, Earlham and Washington, Park and Philo, Hewes and Washington and Phillips and Hewes. The others will be placed in county areas at Earlham and Center, Center between Hewes and Rancho Santiago, Earlham and Pearl, Vine and Rancho Santiago and 1882 Spring St.
