Albino Koala Born at Zoo

SAN DIEGO —
The San Diego Zoo says a rare albino koala was born at the zoo, only the second albino koala known in captivity. The baby is pure white and has pink eyes. Normal koala babies have silver-gray fur. The baby is still emerging from its mother’s pouch and will not be on public display for a year.
