Tarzana Man Dies as Car Plunges Off Road
A 39-year-old Tarzana man was killed early Saturday when his car plunged down an embankment along Mulholland Highway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Michael Thornton died at the scene of the 12:05 a.m. accident, coroner’s investigators said.
Thornton was driving west on the highway near Stunt Road, five miles south of Calabasas, when his car ran off the road, Officer Michael Kerr said.
