SATURDAY’S RESULTS : Chaminade 14, Murphy 0 : KEY PLAYS
On Chaminade’s first play from scrimmage, quarterback Jim Chrisman completed a 55-yard touchdown pass to Rob Clarke for the first score of the game. . . . Chaminade running back Jang Kim’s 65-yard run with 7:24 left in the third quarter and his point-after kick gave the Eagles a 14-0 lead. . . . Chaminade’s defense notched four sacks and two interceptions against quarterback Renado Velasquez. . . . Chaminade linebacker Tim Lavin and lineman Andy Connolly contributed to holding Murphy to -11 yards rushing.
KEY PLAYERS
Jang Kim (C) had 17 carries for 146 yards. Tim Lavin (C) had 16 carries for 97 yards. Chaminade had two interceptions, one each by Steve Orr and Rob Clarke.
