Wild Again, the upset winner of the $3-million Breeders’ Cup Classic last Nov. 10, will not race again because of the recurrence of an old injury.
The 5-year-old horse, who was expected to race in the Breeders’ Cup Classic again Nov. 2 at Aqueduct, is being retired to stud at Shadowland Farm in Versailles, Ky., owners William Allen, Terry Beall and Ron Volkman said in a statement at Belmont Park.
