The same juror who 10 days ago said that he already had formed an opinion about boxing promoter Don King’s tax evasion trial was dismissed Thursday and replaced by an alternate.

For nearly four weeks, King and associate Constance Harper have been on trial for allegedly skimming $1 million that should have gone to Don King Productions. They’re charged with 20 counts of tax evasion, conspiracy and filing false tax returns.
