Woman Found Fatally Stabbed in Tujunga
An unidentified woman who had been stabbed repeatedly was found bleeding to death on a Tujunga sidewalk early Sunday morning, police said.
Detective Robert Muldrew said the woman, about 30 years old, was alive but unconscious when she was discovered on Foothill Boulevard near Pinewood Street at about 2:30 a.m. He said an unknown caller summoned paramedics and the woman was taken to Lake View Medical Center in Lake View Terrace, where she died at about 4:30 a.m.
The woman carried no identification, investigators said. Attempts to determine her identity Sunday were unsuccessful, Muldrew said. Police have no suspects.
