Boy Falls Into Manhole, Dies in Sewage Pipelines

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A 14-year-old boy was killed Tuesday when he slipped into an open sewer manhole and was swept through two miles of pipelines to a sewage treatment plant, authorities said.
