Love Replaces Guman on Injured Reserve

The Rams Friday brought tight end-running back Mike Guman off the injured-reserve list and put rookie guard Duval Love on it because of a neck injury. Guman will play at Atlanta Sunday.

Guman, a sixth-year pro from Penn State, had surgery after suffering a knee injury in the second game of the season at Philadelphia Sept. 15. At the time he had rushed 4 times for 16 yards and had caught 2 passes for 21, although he is used primarily as a blocker and special teams player.

Love was a 10th-round draft choice from UCLA this year.
