“Too Smart for Strangers.” Disney. $29.95. Surprise: The folks who brought you Mary Poppins and Mickey Mouse have now turned their attention to kidnaping and child molestation. Seriously. Which is exactly the way these grim subjects are treated. Just straight-talk about prevention--but it’s still entertaining. The costumed cast headed by Winnie-the-Pooh sings and dances its way through three basic points: (1) Say “no” to strangers; (2) Run away from strangers, and (3) Tell a trusted adult about any confrontation. The message is hammered home, but the repetition seemed to reach my kids.
