Tokyo Rocked by Quake

TOKYO —
An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale rocked Tokyo and wide areas in central and northern Japan on Friday, temporarily halting high-speed bullet trains. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
