Rick Reuschel, who won 14 games for the Pittsburgh Pirates, the worst team in baseball in 1985, is the winner of baseball’s Hutch Award, named in memory of Fred Hutchinson, the Cincinnati Reds’ manager who died of cancer in 1964.
