The body of one of three San Jose fishermen missing since Sunday was found three miles north of the San Mateo Bridge. Coast Guard Lt. Chris Colvin said the body of Mark Slettedahl, 18, was spotted by people on a private boat. Slettedahl, his brother Dennis, 22, and Doug Maggio, 21, left the San Leandro Marina for a fishing trip in San Francisco Bay in a 14-foot boat, despite warnings of stormy weather, the Coast Guard said. The other two men were still missing.
