Bill Rodgers, four-time Boston and New York City marathon winner, won the 10th annual Perrier 10-kilometer run in Beverly Hills.
Rodgers, 37, of Sherbourne, Mass., was timed in 29:14. Second was John Koning of Newport Beach in 29:21, followed by Gary Tuttle of Ventura, 29:26.
Robyn Root of Paso Robles won the women’s division in 33:28, followed by Mary Tracey of Santa Monica in 34:36 and Kathy Kanes of Pasadena in 35:00.
