Los Angeles football fans can’t be accused of being provincial. More watched last week’s Miami Dolphin-Chicago Bear game than watched Monday night’s NFC West showdown between the Rams and the San Francisco 49ers, according to overnight Nielsen ratings released Tuesday.
The Ram-49ers game drew an L.A. rating of 28.4 with a 41% share of the audience, while the Dolphin-Bear game drew an L.A. rating of 32.3 with a 43 share.
In San Francisco, the Ram-49er game drew a rating of 41.7 with a 59 share, while the previous Monday night’s Bear-Dolphin game drew a 35.7 with a 51 share.
