San Diego
The tally of arrests made since November by a San Diego police task force cracking down on drug- and gang-related crime in Southeast San Diego and Logan Heights climbed to 150 over the weekend, a police spokesman reported.
Bill Robinson, a department spokesman, said officers arrested 19 people Saturday night at an apartment complex in the 4200 block of 51st Street, confiscating an unspecified amount of cocaine and $12,000 in cash.
Those arrests came just 24 hours after another 19 arrests in a raid on the Ebony Inn Motel and Apartments at 32nd Avenue and F Street.
